  1. this camera despite its appeal, which it has loads of! comes with the most disgracefully poor battery of any electronic device i have ever owned.

it is absolutely useless as a camera with a battery that performs like this. and no i dont imagine carrying a pocketful of batteries with me. i have been using the dsc t1 for years and its battery although no larger than the t900s battery outlast it by ten times. this camera is dead in the water.

  2. My daughter discovered when you place this camera in the case toe scerrn lights up when the bottom edge (oppisite the wrist strap) toufches the bottom of the case, when you start to pull the camera from the case the screen goes black, thus uvery time she goes to use the camera it is either dead or very low on battery charge not much use to her with this condition, we sent it to sony they said there was no problem with the camera, we went to BestBuy tried thier display camera and guess what same problem the salesman couldnt believe what he was seeing long story short we have a camera that is useless to us unless you want tochance carrying it without a case by the wasy we have tried 2 different cases

  3. I wish Sony would figure out that we don’t need another type of storage media and most of the world uses SD cards.

Very good camera. Takes nice picture and especially HD video. Body feels very solid and durable. I also like the brushed metal feel to it. Stereo video recording! You can zoom in while videorecording! Would highly recommend.
